With over 40 years of residency in the Valley of the Sun, Denise Pias, Top Producing and Senior Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance Group in Gilbert, has successfully assisted nearly 750 home buyers and sellers with superior Real Estate representation specializing in the southeast valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

Denise has the tenacity and perseverance to close transactions; and close them she does…  Nearly 15 years ago, Denise was recognized as one of the top achievers her first year in Real Estate; and consistently continues to attain award status. Denise achieved her place amongst the elite Hall of Famers’ by RE/MAX International in 2007 and rises ‘Above the Crowd’ with the distinction of “Top 500 Arizona Agents” statewide! She holds her Top Producing placement being recognized by RE/MAX International as one of the Top 75 agents in Arizona in 2012, a Top 20 Agent in SouthWest Region in July 2013 and a Top Ten (2003), Top Seven (2007) & Top Eleven (2013) Individual RE/MAX Agent in Arizona.  She maintains Multi-million dollar producer status every year, and is a recurring RE/MAX Platinum Club member and was chosen and participated with “FOX 10 Phoenix”, as one of their local “MLS Experts”.

Denise stays abreast of the ever changing market and continually supersedes the state requirements for continued education.  She completed the Arizona State Real Estate Brokers course in 2010, remaining at RE/MAX Alliance Group as an Associate Broker; and is highly experienced in Short Sales & REO/Real Estate Owned transactions.  Denise has specialized training by CHLMS/Luxury Home Marketing, REBAC-ABR/Accredited Buyer Representation, and CCIM/Commercial Sales Training; just to name a few.

Denise’s experience in sales & marketing was extensive and diverse prior to becoming a Realtor and joining RE/MAX in 2000.  With over 20 years in the bakery industry, Denise held key sales management positions brokering international manufacturing companies with a local presence in Arizona providing fine sales and service representation and establishing successful and long lasting professional relationships.  Denise’s marketing skills were honed in the late 1990’s when she took on the task of promoting an unknown local author to a national audience, achieving sales of over 200,000 copies of his book. Denise’s efforts landed the author on 350+ radio & television shows including “The Discovery Channel”, “The View” and “Oprah,” ultimately leading to a multi-million dollar printing contract from a highly recognized New York publisher.

Although Denise Pias has been extremely successful in her highly sales-oriented past, she believes her desire to supersede the customer’s needs has been the key to her success in Real Estate. “I know it may sound a bit corny or cliché but I prefer to do business the ‘Old Fashioned Way’; The Golden Rule… I treat clients the way I would want to be treated.  I have a fiduciary duty to my clients which I take very seriously.” Obviously, this shines through, as nearly 90% of her business is repeat/past clients and referral/both professional and client referrals.

It’s obvious that Denise loves what she does, but in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, sewing, reading, interior design, entertaining & wine tasting. She contributes to local and national charities including Children’s Miracle Network, The Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and COPS/Survivor Help Network for Phoenix fallen officers and others in need.
